The waterfront features 10 feet of private shore and dock for renters enjoyment. 3 Kayaks and various water toys are available for your enjoyment. Guests may bring rowboats and canoes, they can easily be tied to the dock (bring your own rope). Please note, jet-skis are not permitted. Looking to bring a motorboat? Send us a message prior to booking, prior permission is a requirement before bringing a boat. We leave our personal motorboat at the dock from time to time, so there is only availability on certain weeks as the dock can only accommodate one boat. Looking to rent a boat just for a day or two? Let us know, we can suggest a local marina only 10 minutes away. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, there is no overflow parking available nearby as the house is located on a quiet dead end road. Included with your rental are all sheets, bedding and bath towels. You'll have a private entrance, private deck, and the side yard all to yourself. The living room has an AC unit powerful enough to cool all the living spaces. The screen porch and deck are perfect hangout spots for your vacation - enjoy the fresh air without the mosquitos!! On the deck, relax in our Adirondack rockers next to a smokeless fire pit in the evening, or watch the town go by with your coffee in the mornings.
