The house is located in the center of Vashon island, walking distance to the town of Vashon with outstanding restaurants, galleries, local breweries and wine shops, Island Center Forest hiking and biking trails, 0-Space, the Vashon Center for the Arts, Paradise Ridge Equestrian Park, and Pacific Research. Vashon is a accessible by Washington State Ferry from West Seattle (Fauntleroy), Southworth or Tacoma (Point Defiance) and is a wonderful place to relax, bike ride, hike, take horse riding lessons or trail rides, or to enjoy special events like the Garden Tour, concerts, arts performances, the Vashon Festival or Sheep Dog Trials. The property is easily accessible by the 118/119 Metro bus line, has high speed cable internet and two working desk spaces, and comfortable beds.
