Radiant floor heat, on demand fire, fast/reliable/high speed wifi & Roku TV's. Conversely you can completely disconnect here, finding the beauty in the simple parts of Vermont hillside living. Garden level:Enter through the main home or from the side of the house. The garden level space has an oversized new couch, perfect for movie night + ping pong + foosball + game table. The couch converts into a full bed; plus a half bath.There is a two car garage dedicated to the mountain house space + a large driveway. There is one dedicated parking spot for the apartment unit which is noted with signs on the exterior of the home.***Please be aware this home is up a steep driveway that can be tricky especially in the winter months.
