Want to stay close in the Summer, and enjoy the biggest county fair NY has to offer...The Washington County Fair is in August. Mornings can be spent relaxing on the newly remodeled front porch with a cup of coffee from our coffee station. This is a clean one bedroom, 1 bath efficiency. It is located approximately 100 feet away from the main house, but still very private. It has everything you would need inside for light cooking. It also includes a keurig (we leave two k-cups). We do provide clean towels and linens as well. We have chickens on the property, so we provide a dozen fresh eggs, which we leave in the refrigerator. This property is very secluded on a quiet well-kept dirt road. Great place to get away for a little R&R. The place will sleep 4 guests, but it is best fit for 2.
