The rooms are clean. very responsive customer service through WhatsApp. Upon arrival, they provided complementary traditional Hue rice cakes which are delicious I wish know the place to get more. The location is next to the Citadel so it’s convenient. the only thing is we need to re-enter passcodes to get in and out but it’s a minor thing. I would stay there again !

It's safe to say that the hotel owner is an exemplary modern Vietnamese woman. Choosing this hotel guarantees a pleasant stay in Hue.

Strategically located at the central where the bus dropped off and close proximity to most of the attractions. The room is huge and clean, bed is comfortable, the water pressure from the shower is amazing! I had a great shower! There's even a place for you to dry your clothes in the room. And a mini fridge. There's bike rental service and tour booking service. Good rate when you stayed there. They even offer long term rental~ The staff are nice and warm, very cheerful.

We loved Hotel La Perle and would stay here again in an instant. It is conveniently located, very close to Hue walking street, but it's far away enough to be quiet and peaceful. There are some restaurants, hotels, massage places and beauty shops on the street too. The staff at the hotel were amazing: helpful, warm and friendly. Exactly what good customer service should be! Our children loved the ladies who worked here and they took their time to speak to us and showed interest in our visit to Vietnam. The hotel itself is cute, French inspired and very clean and tidy. It surprised us in a very good way when we first went inside the hotel and then our room. The decor was great and the rustic theme was very appealing. The Aircon was great, the beds were HUGE, the bath was decent. It was clean, comfortable and convenient! There was plenty of room and we loved it! Breakfast was yet another highlight of our stay. It was all you can eat style but cooked fresh to order. There were enough options to satisfy our family such as; yogurt, fresh fruit, omelette, fried eggs, toast, soup, fried rice, noodles etc. There was also plenty of Vietnamese coffee to see us through the morning. The location is quiet, the environment is known by looking at the picture, the owner of the hotel is I guess a designer, because I saw someone doing a building model in the hotel in the afternoon, driving a Mazda SUV, it should be very rich, praise this environment again, a bit of dry landscape meaning, summer, sitting alone in the mountains, Beauty cried. If you have to say the disadvantage, it is that the bed room is not locked, but the price is, it is my problem not the problem of the room, his family also has a big bed room, I think it is still very possible.

The hostel was clean and the rooms were very well designed. The staff was friendly. The location was in the middle of the touristy area so it can be kinda loud around. We had a bad experience with doing laundry in the place though, we're backpacking and going around Vietnam on our motorcycle, and we needed to have almost all of our stuff washed as we've been on the road for a while, the rate was 80k for 5kg, we sent in 5.4 kg and got charged 100k, while getting dressed for adventure next morning we found out that all clothes that had a stain on them had the same exact stains and even more stains from detergent (one of the jackets had a sticker on it, and when we got it back it still had the sticker so idk if it was even washed), we sent them back again, got them back later and they were still very unclean and had the same stains on them, I talked to the staff but my issue was not resolved and I had to do laundry again in the next city. It was kinda wasteful for our time and money tbh, but otherwise the place was nice.

It's difficult for us to give a rating, basically the room is absolutely fine for the price and the location is good apart from the noise. The bar on the ground floor (closes at midnight) and the street in front of the hotel are quite loud. But that's bearable. What we didn't like at all was the communication around the adjacent construction site. We were informed at 9:30 p.m. that it would be very loud the next morning at 7 a.m. and asked if we could change hotels, which was out of the question for us due to the time. The next morning it turned out that this had been known for a long time. So we wouldn't come back. It should be said that we received a 30% refund for this.

Spent 3 days at Leranda, we arrived early and left pretty late due to our flight but the host helped us to look out for our luggage. The whole stay was amazing, we felt like home staying here. Location is right in the Pedestrian street, however it stays apart from all the noise which makes it a hidden gem for solo travelers. Breakfast was so amazing, we did not skip a meal here. The homestay also offers bike renting, it’s a little pricey comparing to other places but considering the convenience and the bike’s condition, it’s acceptable for us. Would definitely choosing Leranda again if we come back to Hue next time!

We booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems. 1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before. 2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online. 3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view. The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.
