"We recently stayed at Sheraton Khalidiya for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, with a convenient location, clean surroundings, and spacious rooms. The breakfast selection was also good and provided a nice start to the day. On the downside, sound insulation could be improved as we could hear noise from the upper floors. We also experienced some issues with the bathroom during our stay. The shower drainage was not working properly, causing water to accumulate, and the shower holder was loose, making it difficult to keep the showerhead in place without holding it. Despite these maintenance concerns, the hotel remains a comfortable option with friendly facilities, good breakfast, and spacious accommodations."

"Highly Recommended, Especially for Families with a Special Needs Child We have been visiting this place for several years—staying in both the chalet tent and the villa—and we truly love it. All the staff are consistently kind, respectful, and very accommodating. As a family with a child with special needs, we deeply appreciate being treated equally, without any judgment or discrimination. That level of understanding and genuine care truly means so much to us. From reception check-in to check-out, the service has always been warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also a wonderful experience. Edward was very attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and professionalism made our morning even more enjoyable. A special thank you as well to Resse from Reception for always accommodating our requests during every visit and stay. Your kindness and consistency keep us coming back. "The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were warm and professional. The water pressure was excellent, and the shower had a great wet/dry separation. The only downside is that there's no longer a shuttle to Yas Island, which makes staying here a bit inconvenient if you plan on going there. However, it's close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi. There's also a small supermarket within walking distance downstairs. Overall, I'm satisfied."

"Swimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind . If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa . Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai ."

"I really like this hotel, and this is not my first time staying here. I always choose it because I enjoy the overall experience. However, there are a few issues that I hope can be improved. The air conditioning in the rooms never seems to get cold enough, which makes the room uncomfortable. Also, the room has an unpleasant smell, and the pillows and duvet don’t smell fresh either. Another issue I experienced was with the room lights. They were too bright, and I couldn’t make the room dark enough at night, so I didn’t feel comfortable while trying to sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed because I genuinely enjoy staying at this hotel and would love to continue coming back."

"This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, and as always, everything was top-notch. The service, food, location, and proximity to the airport – everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to highlight that the staff truly go out of their way to do everything possible for guests; they allowed us to check in early with our child and even upgraded our room without any extra charge. "Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance, warmth and genuine hospitality. The beach was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the peaceful surroundings. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday atmosphere. The breakfast selection was superb, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious choices. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was excellent. A special thank you to Mahesh, Chef Lithin and the entire culinary team for making our dining experiences so enjoyable. We also loved the Shisha experience — beautifully presented, relaxing and perfectly suited to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. It was lovely to sit back, unwind and enjoy the surroundings together. The hotel has a wonderful sense of luxury, tranquillity and sophistication, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming feel. Whether enjoying breakfast, relaxing by the pool, spending time on the beach or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, we felt completely at ease. This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a beautiful experience filled with wonderful hospitality, exceptional service, great food, relaxation and memories that we will cherish. "1- The room was upgraded thanks to them. 2- I had a health problem at dawn and asked the hotel to call a doctor. The following morning, the management contacted me with a phone call to check on me, in addition to sending me a safety card and a fruit basket as a gift. 4- Every evening, they put out a different kind of refreshment while preparing the room for bed. Sometimes it was a small fruit plate with a small box of chocolates, sometimes a slice of chocolate, and sometimes a cup of tangerine. This is a nice gesture from them. 5- The beach is excellent, and the sea is truly turquoise. 7- Their spa is amazing. Men and women are separated from each other, offering massages and free services like a jacuzzi that has been voted the best jacuzzi I've ever used. They also have a salt room, sauna, and steam room, which are excellent. Don't miss it. 9- I tried the breakfast buffet once. It was good but average. Cons 1- The toilet flush is very bad. The lobby doesn't have a hospitality cart, such as Arabic coffee and dates, as is usual in Gulf hotels."
