"Honestly, it was truly excellent! What made it stand out was its incredible beachfront location – the beach is literally right downstairs. Unlike other hotels where you can't even see the sea from 5-6 minutes away, this one offers a complete ocean view. This is what a true beachfront hotel should be, and the location is simply unbeatable. It's an established four-star hotel, and the service, facilities, and environment were all on point. A special shout-out to the young lady with glasses at the front desk; her service was superb. Even though check-out was at noon, a peak time for check-ins, she didn't rush me at all. She even asked how my stay was, which shows genuinely great service! The only minor drawback is that some of the room furnishings feel a bit dated, which slightly brings down the overall quality of the stay. The towels were disposable, there was only old bar soap instead of liquid hand soap, and the toilet paper was a half-used roll of very low quality. Also, the tables and chairs were a bit dirty. If these small things could be improved, it would be absolutely perfect!"

"I initially thought the service level of guesthouses in Anaya would be quite high, but this one was really just average. After placing the order, the receptionist added me on WeChat and started pushing different rooms. We booked one, and they told us it was far from the beach, but we could pay extra to get a closer one…😪 First of all, it seems like this guesthouse is also a staff dormitory, besides providing accommodation for guests? There were clothes in the wardrobe, the wardrobe was locked, and there was a sign saying ”Personal belongings not allowed.” It felt really strange. Even if it's a guesthouse, it sells the right to use the property for a single day or several days; what's the point of leaving personal belongings there… More importantly, the overall experience felt a bit awkward. There were no spare blankets in the room. When we asked the manager, they said, ”We don't have any either…”🤣 There were only two bottles of mineral water in the room, and when we asked for more, the manager charged 2.5 yuan per bottle… I stayed in a room that cost nearly 1000 yuan a night, and they charged extra for mineral water…"

"The living room has a TV and sofa, the kitchen has a stove, range hood, refrigerator, pots and pans, and the bathroom has a washing machine and all the necessary items. There are even toys for the children. The balcony has a convenient area for smoking. The room was super clean, and the sheets and blankets were spotless. The room was also exquisitely decorated. The room manager was excellent and incredibly attentive. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again when I come to Anaya because of the wonderful experience. However, it's very close to the Eighth Canteen and the amusement park. Opening the curtains in your room opens onto the amusement park. Those without children might find the music and noise from the amusement park annoying. It's very convenient for those with children, as the amusement park is just downstairs. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, but their skills were different from those of typical hotel staff. They were friendly and helpful, but directions to the parking lot, bus stop, and breakfast restaurant were a bit unclear. Perhaps the hotel should provide maps or provide guidance. Cars are not allowed in the park, while other hotels use their own shuttle buses. Breakfast was at the ”Drunk” restaurant, and the rice noodles were excellent."
