Cisolok Hotels with Kitchens

"Easy to access location, good facilities, behind the hotel directly on the beach, neat and clean rooms. From the outside the building and lobby area looks a bit scary, but the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, there is no scary impression. The receptionist is slow, 1 customer is served for +- 10 minutes, during high session there is a buildup of customers at the reception. Arrived at 13.50 only able to enter the room at 15.05. Even then the room floor was still wet 😅 even though the maximum checkout time is 12.00. Breakfast is not controlled, I arrived at 07.20 only got food at 08.15, almost 1 hour waiting, but those who just arrived were given priority to get the main meal. The hotelier did not apologize, only made excuses and reasons that the rice was not cooked. The hotel should have known how many guests would get breakfast, why wasn't it prepared ?! Snacks while waiting for the main menu to arrive were only a few, quickly finished but slow to refill. Hopefully in the future it can be improved. It's a shame even though the room is already good and the facilities are okay."
