The lobby is grand and impressive, and the rooms are spacious and bright. Housekeeping is meticulous and thorough, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views, making for a great rest experience. The front desk and room service staff are attentive and warm, and check-in is efficient. Winnie at the lobby was especially thoughtful and helpful, responding promptly to any requests. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, including both Yunnan specialties and dishes from around the world. The hotel also features a pool and gym, with excellent facilities. It's my top choice for business travel, offering outstanding value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

The location is centrally situated for accessing various attractions, and the small garden is quite charming. The only downside was that one side of the elevator was broken during the Spring Festival, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was plentiful, and overall it was a good experience.

The hotel environment is great, fully smart. It's also convenient to order takeout, and there are restaurants downstairs. The price isn't expensive, highly recommended. Check-out was also easy, and the front desk staff provided excellent service, even helping us get into the hotel when it was raining.
