Personal was very friendly and helpful. They organised my laundry. Gave advices where eat and what to do. This place is very cosy. Breakfast was excellent!

It's very close to the airport, has a swimming pool, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. Five stars!

The hotel building has good security control. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was seamless. They answered to all my inquiries promptly. Room was well equipped with cooking utensils. Location was center in the town, walking distance to most of places I wanted to go. It was a pleasant stay for me.

Front office Agent Noel was a star! Proactive, friendly, service oriented and even congratulated to my birthday (two days ago) and helped me to find places and opening times.

The facilities are a bit old, and the checkout time is too early, the staff is very good.
