GGuest UserOur stay at Hotel Aziza was pleasant overall. The reception staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was very kind and went out of her way to help us get to the pharmacy and return safely — truly appreciated her assistance. The hotel staff in general were responsive and quick to attend to our requests. The location is close to the Old City, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. However, it’s situated on a steep hill, so walking up can be quite challenging, especially after a long day. Breakfast was simple and could be improved — the selection was limited, and the fruits were not very fresh. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location for exploring Sarajevo, but be prepared for the uphill walk and modest breakfast.

RRonan PatrickNice quaint hotel in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Reception were very friendly and helpful with all our queries. Room was a little small due to the slanted ceiling. My girlfriend is very short and still managed to hit her head twice on the beams.

GGuest UserPresident Hotel has a perfect location，-Just 1-3 minutes’ walk to the Latin Bridge and Old Town， -5 minutes’ walk to the cable car station，10 minutes’ walk to the Yellow Fortress， Transportation costs €20from/to the airport， €12from the main bus terminal， Also, Hotel staff will help call a taxi for you. They are so nice and polite. 5 minutes’ walk to the ，airport bus stop The breakfast offers a good variety of food，The room is clean and spacious，with plenty of space on both sides of the bed—perfect for placing chargers, phones, handbags, etc. The overall room size is generous

The waiter was very nice I have no traffic so I can't call the phone .I left my Gray elephant toy in the hotel .If in possible, I hope you can express or mail it to me.I'll pay for the freight. If not I only hope the elephant will be alright😭🥹 （sorry my engilsh is not good ）

GGabijaThere is no breakfast despite the fact that it is included in the price - a sign hangs in the room. The app showed a much lower price and did not indicate that you would have to pay in cash. This is an unacceptable lag - not having mobile payment, there is nothing to expect from foreign tourists with such a condition.
