The service was impeccable and our time there was made really easy and special. We were able to book private taxis and check in early. It was our anniversary so they went the extra mile to ensure that it was a special day. The pool view is amazing, and the facilities are excellent. Breakfast was great, and there was an egg station for any kind of egg you want.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the excellent reviews. I am happy to say those reviews are accurate. The desk staff were very polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. The hotel itself looks great on the inside. The room featured a comfortable bed and pillows, which matters to me. I was easily able to book a private half-day tour thrugh reception. I highly recommend this hotel in La Paz.

Perfect location for enjoying La Paz as it’s a brief ten minute walk away from the cable car station. We had mixed experience with the service. Some people were amazing, others much less so. Ever was our favourite person to speak to, but Manuel (the supervisor) made me feel quite uncomfortable. The room was amazing though, a big shoutout goes to Zdenka for doing amazing work day in day out to make our room spotless and perfect.

A very different and unusual place. I enjoyed my stay. We had welcome drinks. It's a shame we only stayed a short time in La Paz.

Good hotel, the room is huge and the hot water is comfortable but the hotel is very old.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. The staffs was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing helpful local tips. I stayed at Berlina Hotel for 3 nights. Their friendly 24/7 hotel staff opened the doors for me atw midnight check-in. Room 405 is just too big for a solo traveler without an air-conditioner amid winter cold. This hotel is situated right in the heart of La Paz.
