GGuest UserI've stayed in the hotel a couple of times, its location is great, the employees are extremely well mannered and polite. Travelling with the wife and a baby, they were able to provide the baby bed and washing basinet.

GGuest Userlove the locations and the facilities also the apartment is very safe for a solo travel. lots of security details provided by the apartment makes you feel safe. the rooftop view is impeccable. totally worth the money.

GGuest UserNice clean hotel, friendly staff and right on the beach with its own chairs and beach umbrellas so you’ll get a good spot with access to food and drink on the beach. It is far from the city centre tho so you’ll need taxis to see the rest of the island

GGuest UserGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.
