GGuest UserThe room was nice and the service was good. The water world was great. The breakfast was good. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel didn't give me the transportation ticket in advance, so I spent dozens of francs when I first arrived.

GGuest UserThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

GGuest UserClean and convenient location (close to train station) Breakfast is good selection and fresh orange juice. Classic charm with an old still operating elevator. Quite noisy at night from trams and buses running if you are a light sleeper. Not an issue for myself.
