Nice and many automatic control for the lighting, curtain and also toilet bowl… Difficult to find at the first time, after know the way, it is very convenient to access to metro stations The space is big and comfort

This place is very convenient to take metro to travel. Behind the hotel there's an alley that you can explore local food. The service is A+ for me, very attentive and caring. They also offered free coffee coupons so i got to drink coffee everyday first thing in the morning. If i have to come back to shenzhen again, i'd consider staying at this place. Also, the breakfast buffet is superb.

Sufficiently sized room comfortably fit four. Staff were extremely helpful via WeChat. The location is unbeatable: across from a major shopping center and train station, with three more large malls (including Coco Park) within a 15-minute walk. Ordering Meituan takeaway was easy and can deliver to your door. The 6th-floor reception in a multi-hotel residential building was a bit confusing initially. We felt very safe in clean surroundings and appreciated the unlimited bottled water. For the price, it's a no-frills but comfortable option with clean rooms and beds. The shower water drained oddly towards the toilet's base (but didn't overflow), while the water pressure and heat were excellent. Overall, a highly recommended, budget-friendly choice for families due to its prime location and helpful service.

Had a very excellent stay. Hotel is very near to the the electronics markets which is the one the hub of the city. I loved staying in this hotel and highly recommend others to experience when ever you come to Shenzhen keep this hotel in your bucket list.

Excellent hotel and very nice room. Very comfortable and near to many places. The breakfast is good and enough for the morning food. Around is the Huaqianbei and many restaurants. We will return again very soon.

Overall I had a pleasant stay. The employees at the check in desk were very friendly when greeting me at the front desk and checked me in and gave me my room card key within minutes. The hotel has a proper lobby area on the first floor and the check desks are well staffed and well lit and easy to find and so when you’re first checking in, you get a good impression of the hotel. There is also a luckin coffee shop and convenience store in that same first floor lobby so you can pop down and get something to drink easily. They also reserve two elevators in the building for hotel guests only and so its easy to enter and leave your hotel room. The hotel room itself was very well cleaned, the toilet area was very well cleaned and the bed linens were clean too. There was also no smell of cigarette smoke at all and also there wasn’t any smell of cigarettes coming from other hotel rooms through the centralised air ventilation (maybe because there weren’t many guests staying on my floor on the day of my stay). The noise proofing between the room door and the outside corridor was quite good so I didn’t hear other guests on my floor leaving and entering their rooms from inside my room. The hotel room was very spacious for me as I was using the room alone and there was a nice area where I could unpack my carry on suitcase and even a small round desk with a chair where you could work on a laptop or eat takeaway. My room had quite a large sized window (they tint the windows to make the sunlight that enters the hotel room to not be too intense). The curtains were super thick and blocked out all outside light and so I could have a completely dark room at night for good rest and sleep. The air conditioning in the room worked very well and both the coolness and intensity could be adjusted easily. It was very easy to use didi to call a taxi and leave the hotels for meals or walks. For example, it only took 7 minutes to get to coco park shopping centre and 5 minutes to get to futian high speed rail station.
