"Very comfortable hotel. Very appreciate to the manager Miya for the hospitality and excellent service. My order was upgraded to a two-story room. The upstairs floor has a bedroom and a separate bath and shower. The first floor has a cabinet and living room and separate toilet. I valued the automatic curtain closing feature with the control panel. There was even a tea ceremony set. The hotel offers self-service laundry, a small gym with a treadmill dumbbells and an cycle. Breakfasts are good with a decent selection. Not so much options, but enough"

Everything in this new hotel is new. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, but perhaps because we arrived late, many items were cold. We suggest improving that! Cleanliness: The overall environment was clean and bright, making us feel comfortable as soon as we entered! There were some minor flaws with the items, but they were addressed promptly after we reported them, which was great! Environment: The hotel is right next to MixC Shopping Mall in Nanshan District, just across the street, within walking distance. It's incredibly convenient to get to the mall. The surrounding area is also quiet, with office buildings nearby. Staying on a higher floor even offers sea views!"

"The non-window room felt very small, so we decided to upgrade to a double room with a view. That room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food and some Western options available. The breakfast area was clean and there were no unpleasant smells. The reception can be accessed either directly from the street or through a large mall, but it was easy to find! The hotel is in a convenient location, close to several good malls, restaurants, and about a 15–20 minute walk to Houhai metro station. The airport can be reached in under 40 minutes by metro, and a taxi to the airport costs around 100–120 CNY, which is very reasonable."

"Shenzhen T Hotel in Nanshan is a great place to stay, just across the road from Shenzhen University South metro station and 20 minutes walk from Coastal Park shopping centre, which has plenty of eating options. Oir family of 3 had a 2 bedroom apartment, with living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. It was spacious, clean and well appointed, including toiletries, The kitchen included basic cooking items, such as a rice Cooker, kettle, Wok and cutlery. An very affordable, comfortable place to stay in the Nanshan area and quite close to the airport."
