"The reception service are excellent .. I bought some goods from taobao n they help us to receive the goods on behalf n when I check out at the sixth day .. I left 2 of my package.. I message them through wechat from Malaysia .. they are very helpful .. help me to search for the package n sent those packages to my China friends in Guangzhou .. I feel so thankful to them for helping me to solve my problem. The cleanliness of the hotel can be improved .. the bed is comfy and my mom feel satisfy with their 5 days breakfast … has variety of nearby shops which are very convenient to us .. nearest metro station only 6 mins walking distance. Wanna to say thank you again to the person Incharge who help me to look for my overlook parcel …"

"We put 2 nights in this hotel after exploring the higher expenses lifestyle in Beijing Road. This area is definitely another side of the city. This hotel located on a busy roadside. Surrounded by the local wet markets, grocery shops, eateries and lot more. We spend much cheaper on our meals & we do lots of shopping. The hotel provides free flow coffee, tea, milk and herbal tea all day long. We love to grab a cup of hot Latte early in the morning to go along with the delicious pork bun that we gotten from a bakery shop beside the hotel. Then after a long day shopping, the herbal tea was just nice to release our tiredness. I shall say this little boutique hotel brings everything together conveniently during our stay here."

"Strategically located near the MRT station and right next to a lot of good places for eating. This is a good choice if you're not wanting to stay at one of the hotels in Beijing Road instead. Our room was clean, and considerably a lot more spacious compared to other rooms we passed by as we got the romantic executive room. The bed was comfortable, as was the bathroom. However, the bathroom didn't have exhaust fan / ventilation built in so we had to open the window but it was quite noisy / smelled funny with some restaurants at the back of our room. Please note there are only two lifts servicing a lot of rooms so there was a bit of wait each time we wanted to go up or down. A slight unpleasant experience was our room door appeared to be faulty, so we had to get the technician to come open our door each night which was pretty frustrating. But, the staff were apologetic and very responsive in getting our complaints sorted. They also went above and beyond by helping us mark the packages from Taobao with our 4 digit number to make the search easier, as all packages were securely stored in their store room so you would need to search through a lot of packages to find yours. Breakfast was average, nothing to shout about, but enough to have a filling meal. I think this hotel is a good choice but there are many options nearby so do your research and comparisons before booking."
