A lovely hotel with charming villa-style rooms. My room was clean, tidy, odor-free, and very spacious, with all facilities in good working order. The only drawback was its proximity to the garden and outside area, which occasionally led to some noise from garbage trucks. Breakfast was à la carte and delicious, and the staff were professional and enthusiastic.

The overall environment at the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanshan is great. Its location is super convenient for getting anywhere, and it's very close to the metro station. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are all very friendly and helpful. The dim sum at the Chinese restaurant and the breakfast at the Ling瓏 Western Restaurant are both abundant and absolutely delicious. The lobby bar also has a great atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The sea-view room completely exceeded my expectations. Even though the weather wasn't great, the scenery was still stunning. The room layout was very comfortable, and the noodles for breakfast were delicious. The service was also excellent; they proactively sent kids' amenities to our room when they saw children were checking in. There was even a late-night snack, but unfortunately, I was too full to try it. It's super close to K11 downstairs and the beach, and the Prince Bay area is really chill.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent amenities. The decor is trendy and the facilities are comprehensive. It meets high-end serviced apartment standards with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, washer-dryer combo, and smart toilet, among other amenities. Since my requested high-floor room wasn't available, I was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and comfortable. The front desk, security, and bell staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The room cleaning was exceptionally thorough, with the toilet sparkling clean and stain-free. The bedding and towels were clean, and the toiletries were of good quality.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I booked it specifically for the sea view. If you get a true sea view room, it's quite nice, but it also depends on the weather. On a sunny day, the sea looks even bluer and more transparent. Overall, the environment is pretty good and very quiet. The restaurant also serves delicious food. The main drawback is that the room decor is a bit dated. The Wanghai Wing is newer than the Nanhai Wing. I recommend prioritizing a sea view room in the Wanghai Wing.

Following a friend's recommendation, I chose the Shenzhen Seaworld Pinnacle Hotel for this trip, and as a high-end hotel, it truly exceeded my expectations! Walking into the lobby, the soothing music, modern and elegant decor, along with the friendly smiles of front desk staff Allen and Winnie, immediately made me feel at home. They even upgraded my room for free, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. The room's interior design was also very modern and stylish, making for a very comfortable stay. Upon entering the room, everything was neatly arranged, with no mess or tidiness. I was also asked to change into slippers upon entering, which was very thoughtful. The owner even personally brought me slippers and poured hot water, always ready to assist me – the service truly exceeded my expectations. The stairs, bathroom, and shower were also very clean and tidy, even the toothbrushes looked high-quality, showing the owner's dedication. At around 30 yuan, it's practically the best value for a hostel.

MMasonmanThis stay was at the Intercity Hotel Futian Huanggang in Shenzhen. The room was comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the Huazhu TV cast screen feature was very convenient. The bed was just the right balance of soft and firm. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were friendly and promptly offered water upon arrival. The mini-fridge was stocked with Coke and dark beer, and the delivery robots for room service and takeout were efficient. Overall, it offered great value for money and a very good hotel experience. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of cold dishes and a wide variety of hot food. I'd say it's among the best for this type of hotel, and I definitely enjoyed a hearty meal. The location is very convenient, situated in the central Futian area, close to the subway and train station, making it ideal for business travelers. It's also a good choice for tourists visiting Shenzhen, as most places are accessible by subway.

I especially appreciated the enthusiastic and diligent housekeeping auntie who cleaned our room. The restaurant was decent, and the staff worked quietly and diligently. GGuest UserI've gotten so used to the environment, service, and the perfectly balanced politeness and warmth here, that it's hard for me to risk choosing another hotel. My boss wouldn't be happy! My favorite is the complimentary white fungus soup upon arrival!
Regarding dining, I hope the breakfast menu could have some variety daily. Also, it would be great if they could add some of the cakes from the dinner buffet. No matter how good the breakfast is, having the same thing for three to five days straight gets tiring.
For the spa, the aesthetician's technique was excellent and very gentle. However, for nearly 3000, if no equipment is used, wouldn't the absorption be slightly less effective?
Finally, the price has gone up from around 2800 to 3500. I'm a bit worried if it will break through 4000 one day, because then it would truly be unaffordable for me.

Facilities: The large shower head was very comfortable, and the hot water came on quickly. The smart toilet was a nice convenience. They even provided bath bags for the bathtub. The pool was clean, and the poolside bar had a great vibe at night. There's also a robot that delivers takeaways.
Service: Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. The front desk was very professional and even gave us sand-digging tools. They upgraded our room type, and everyone would proactively greet us when we came and went. The new lady at the front desk had a very friendly smile. On the morning of April 9th, the housekeeping auntie on the 3rd floor was exceptionally good; she immediately provided anything guests needed and was very enthusiastic.
The hotel is right across from an outlet mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Next time I'm in Dameisha, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were consistently sweet and friendly, even giving out game tokens. They were polite and thoughtful, not overly enthusiastic, and promptly helped with any requests. The room was meticulously clean with thoughtful and cozy touches, showing great attention to detail, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also excellent, convenient for getting around and dining. The facilities are well-maintained, and I had a great night's sleep. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible.
The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door.
When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed.
When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also.
The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay.
I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night.
However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place.
Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors.
Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette.
Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me.
The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.
