Good service and environmentally friendly

We were greeted very courteously and the service was also outstanding. It really couldn't be better. If we come to Regensburg again, we will definitely come back. Other things to note: there is an underground car park and other parking options, including charging stations for electric cars. There is a lift, seating (particularly interesting for smokers) outside, everything is immaculately clean and stylishly furnished. The room was big and tidy. The waiters are also very attentive,

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant. They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers. Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

Everything was nice. Stuff was nice, breakfast was nice, the room was very comfortable.
