Good service and environmentally friendly

Excellent location, very large room with a ceiling height that felt like 4.5 meters. Excellent value for money. They included a small complimentary item like a bottle of water and a coffee machine with their guest card; we'll be back in the summer.

This hotel is very close to the train station. The environment is clean and simple, and the staff are friendly.

We were greeted very courteously and the service was also outstanding. It really couldn't be better. If we come to Regensburg again, we will definitely come back. Other things to note: there is an underground car park and other parking options, including charging stations for electric cars. There is a lift, seating (particularly interesting for smokers) outside, everything is immaculately clean and stylishly furnished. This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my trip to Germany. The rooms were large and clean, the breakfast was plentiful, the restaurant was like a palace, and the hotel was very beautiful.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant. They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers. Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

Everything was nice. Stuff was nice, breakfast was nice, the room was very comfortable.
