Can’t complain about anything, everything was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious, with a nice view and good working airconditioning/ventilation. The breakfast buffet had enough options. And sitting right next to the Rhine river makes it extra special.

It is a very new hotel. The wet and dry bathrooms are separated and you can use the bathroom separately. The style is industrial style. The breakfast is also good and rich. It is very peaceful with a view of the Rhine River. Find a location nearby. 20 euros a night is too expensive.

This hotel is my preferred option whenever I go to Mainz. Everything about it is great, but above all, the very friendly personnel and staff. And their breakfast is outstanding!

A pleasant hotel, not too far from the main square.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
