The location is great: five minutes' walk to the castle, seven minutes to the church, and within twenty minutes to the Roman aqueduct. The service staff are warm and considerate, and the hotel's barrier-free facilities are very good, making it convenient for guests in wheelchairs. Drive directly into the reserved hotel parking garage, the parking fee is 17 euros per night. Then there is a helicopter to reach the front desk on the second floor. Breakfast is on the first floor, which is quite rich in Europe. It costs 9 euros per person. (These are fees as of May 2023). It's a boutique hotel and worth recommending.

Segovia is such a nice ”village” ! I have seen too many people coming in the morning and leaving the same day while you can stay at this hotel for not much and enjoy being first at the Alcazar while it is not crowded with groups and not too hot. For those who rent a car, a very good point is that there is a valet parking service, and it is right on the ancient street, opposite an attraction, and you can reach the aqueduct in two steps.
