All great when we arrived showed us all kinds of things to do and where to eat, the room is very cosy and the very quiet area

The location is great: five minutes' walk to the castle, seven minutes to the church, and within twenty minutes to the Roman aqueduct. The service staff are warm and considerate, and the hotel's barrier-free facilities are very good, making it convenient for guests in wheelchairs. Drive directly into the reserved hotel parking garage, the parking fee is 17 euros per night. Then there is a helicopter to reach the front desk on the second floor. Breakfast is on the first floor, which is quite rich in Europe. It costs 9 euros per person. (These are fees as of May 2023). It's a boutique hotel and worth recommending.

There was a proprietary hotel parking space at the entrance of the hotel, but it was still trailed by the police. It was said that the car could be parked for 15 minutes and was fined more than 100 euros, and the hotel did not have other parking lots.

Firstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

Segovia is such a nice ”village” ! I have seen too many people coming in the morning and leaving the same day while you can stay at this hotel for not much and enjoy being first at the Alcazar while it is not crowded with groups and not too hot. The hotel is located right next to the Cathedral making it ideal for an overnight stay. You ll find many nice restaurants and stores around too. Hasta luego :)

For those who rent a car, a very good point is that there is a valet parking service, and it is right on the ancient street, opposite an attraction, and you can reach the aqueduct in two steps. There is a restaurant on the ancient street that makes roasted suckling pig. It is really delicious, charred on the outside and tender on the inside. There are few dishes that I think can rival Chinese food. This hotel is very elegant, and the top floor has a 360-degree view of the entire city, whether it is sunset or sunrise, as long as the weather is good, you can see it

All right, the staff treatment, the director explains how the Mudéjar house was born (very interesting and charming). We will be sure that it didn't give us time to the spa. And the perfect location. Thank you very much
