"I stayed on the 6th floor. There was only one room available, and the floor was a bit low. It was a separate wet and dry room with a door to the bathroom. The bathroom had an open-plan sink and the bed was also open-plan, facing the sink. There was a bag of pink almond candies as a small gift. The staff were very friendly. There was water available and some snacks in the lobby. It was a very cute hotel. The elevator was dark and small, and could only carry two people at most. Moreover, the elevator only went up to the 4th floor. You had to climb the stairs to the 5th and 6th floors. There was a supermarket nearby, and it was very close to the subway station. The air conditioning was very good, and it was very convenient to get to the train station. The room was very clean, and I was very satisfied!"

"The hotel met my expectations generally talking. It was bright room, clean enough, the bed is really comfy. Though I wish I could add some square metres to the size of it 😅 Staff on the reception is very friendly and helpful (as I had some issues to solve). I also think they could add some more towels to the room, as I've got 2 only. I was a solo traveller and at the end it wasn't crytical, but as I kind suggestion. "

"Great location, in the heart of Lyon city center. Very clean room. Plenty of good restaurants just down the street and all around - and luckily its not not noisy at all in the room. The night shift receptionnist is friendly and nice. For a 4-star hotel, it would great if bottled water could be provided in the room although water refiller is available at the reception. But well, the fact is that 4-star hotels standard in Europe is definitely lower than Asia’s 4-star hotels."

"There is still some distance from the train station. It’s a little tired to drag the suitcase. The food market is very close. Lafayette is only 5 minutes away. It’s a little far from the old town."
