The hotel is very close to the station, so the access is excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities, and I was very satisfied. The staff at the reception were kind, and when they realized we were tourists, they kindly showed us recommended sightseeing spots and explained how to get around using a railway map. The next day, a staff member who spoke Japanese assisted us, which made me very happy. Thanks to this hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay in Lyon. I would love to stay here again when I visit Lyon next time. ありがとうございます！

The breakfast was very great. The location is ok and they have their own parking area. However there are stairs in my room so I had to carry my luggage up to my space.

It was an excellent all-round stay. And suitable for all types of visitors from business to single travellers. We would visit again.

The hostel is very good. The location is on a hill and there is a steep climb, but the view of the Basilica from the higher floors is some compensation. The staff is efficient. Most things are digitalized. The cleanliness is at a high level. There are all the basic amenities. I recommend.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. I haven't seen this level of professionalism and kindness from staff at many other prestigious hotels. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and the service from the staff especially the receptionists, Anna and the other lovely ladies was extraordinary 👍🏼👍🏼
