Really lovely hotel, modern and lovely decor. Owner is lovely. Strongly recommend.

Staff were friendly and I got a free room upgrade upon arrival which was great. Nice convenient parking around the back of the hotel and the room was nice and spacious

This hotel has large rooms with plenty of sunlight, heating every day, delicious breakfast, and is small but comfortable. It is a bit far from the center, but it is worth it. The staff are friendly and sincere.

The room is relatively simple, but there is a kitchen reading room, etc., the main cheap can cook

Excellent hotel in prime central location with views of the river Tay and both bridges. Staff very polite and helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the beefeater was great value for money. Room clean and warm with everything you would expect.

Nice location. Provided with enough amenities and plus point is free parking overnight.

No real complaints about hotel. All staff, reception, cleaners, waiters were very friendly & efficient. Hotel itself is a little dated & in need of an upgrade although the large beds are very comfortable. Small leisure centre is decent with swimming pool, sauna, steam room & gym. Location is just outside the city & only a 5- 10 minute drive. Hotel gardens are nice. Only real disappiontment was the cooked part of the breakfast. All the usual choices, cereal,fruit, yogurts etc ok but the hot food especially the eggs were well overcooked both mornings. Mushroom sitting in water, also the tomatoes. Otherwise, everything ok.

The Hotel was satisfactory accommodation, the bathroom was clean and tidy, room was very spacious and beds were large and made well. For the price the room was very satisfactory and the only few issues we had is the walls had been repainted a bit shoddy in places and there wasnt a hairdryer, although there was a fan which was a nice suprise.

I know this is a budget hotel but there is a lot more effort needed. There should never be mould showing around bath seals etc. It’s an easy fix. General cleanliness poor. We had to clean areas ourselves even after being transferred to another room after complaining first room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff in general friendly and helpful. Bins outside hotel full to the brim. I have a feeling staff don’t really care to much about how hotel looks. Anyway did the job for a few nights stay. But if I had the choice I would pay extra for a better room elsewhere and hopefully cleaner.
