From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved waking up to the stunning views from my window. The breakfast was fantastic — a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. And I have to mention, their cookies are just amazing — freshly baked, perfectly sweet, and absolutely irresistible which you get at the reception when you check in! The location was perfect — close to the city center and train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend Double Tree by Hilton Bristol City Centre for anyone visiting Bristol. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip and hope to stay at the same hotel😍!!"

"Stayed in a room for three people, room is a bit tight but can’t complain for the price you pay. Breakfast buffet is really good and lovely service. Receptionist was so helpful when storing our luggage when checking in and checking out. There is a small supermarket right near the hotel ( 2 min walk) where you can buy most of necessities. Train Station is just 10 min walk away. You can get to Bristol city centre in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay."
