Hotels near Benton Junction, Kelapa Dua

The location is close to Sukarno Hatta Airport. Taking a Grab car to the airport cost less than 100k, including the toll fee. There's also a swimming pool.

Stayed for 4 nights. Got the highest guest room at 10 floor but the window for one of the rooms leak when there's heavy rain on the 2nd day. Called up the reception to report incident and staff came over within 10mins to inspect the leak. Staff suggested for us to pack and move to another room, one floor down. They helped us to move our luggages over to the new room. Breakfast was variety. 10mins walk to a big mall, Sumarecon Mall. Plenty of food nearby too. Overall we will definitely stay here again if we come to Jakarta next time.

Very lovely swimming pool, the receptionist all very nice. The security also very nice. They helped me take my things to the basement to weigh

The staffs were nice and they can converse in english

Standard mid-grade quality. Everything tidy and people are polite with good standard. Only experience the unclean tap in the morning… Although it sometimes happened in Indonesia, Still not so pleasant 😅

Clean room, good location, admin very responsive. Easy to check in and check out.

Very clean apartment, with a big shopping mall downstairs, close to the highway, convenient for travel

After booking the hstay sends message saying no foreigners allowed. I sent a few messages through trip.com and made phone calls with no response. I emailed also directly saying I am spouse of Indonesuam and please don't cancel if that is alright. I received no comfort and left anxious for hours before trip.com assured it is not cancelled. The guy there was smoking, acted clueless about my booking, Took Rp100k deposit without giving receipt. Asked me to take photo. The room was good/normal, with a new firm bed. Bathroom was clean, but very old and had.foul smell emanating. No hot shower. The lights are bright for a homestay. No amenities at all. The bath towel looked very dull. Stayed one night. Enough unprofessionalism. Moved on to another hotel.

I stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.
