Had the best experience staying here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything I needed was provided, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Highly recommended!

Perhaps due to the rainy season, the air conditioner started leaking water late at night. I tried calling the front desk but couldn't get through, so I walked over there. It was past 2:00 AM, but they quickly dispatched a cleaning staff member who dismantled the AC, wiped away the water, reassembled it, and performed some repairs. I had used room towels for a temporary fix as the water was overflowing, and of course, they brought new towels. The leak was resolved in about 40 minutes. All the staff members were cheerful, and their explanations were gentle. The AC issue was a shame, but given the location, I suppose it's understandable. There's a convenience store and ATM within walking distance, which was very convenient for the start of our trip. We arrived late at night from the airport and planned to check out the next morning. Breakfast was mostly Indian cuisine but offered a buffet style with an enjoyable Asian selection. From a Japanese perspective, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and the towels and sheets had a smoky smell, feeling less than perfectly clean. However, for an Asian trip, it was within acceptable limits. I'm satisfied.

Honestly, no exaggeration, this place is really close to the airport, and the breakfast was good. The rooftop pool is a highlight – swimming while watching planes take off and land is an amazing experience. What really surprised me was the front desk staff; they were incredibly service-oriented, polite, and always greeted me with a smile, which left a fantastic impression! There's a very professional SPA on the sixth floor that's definitely worth checking out. Finally, the only real drawback is that the windows in the cheaper rooms don't open. The air circulation isn't great, and there was a bit of a stale smell. The platform showed these rooms had windows, but they just don't open. If you're sensitive to that, I'd recommend booking a slightly more expensive room. And when you're in Bali, you absolutely have to visit Kelingking Beach – it's breathtaking in person...

The rooms were very clean, neat, and comfortable. The entire hotel area was well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. They treated guests with care and were very fast and proactive in helping with any requests. We were really impressed by how helpful and efficient the staff were — all our requests were handled quickly without any delay. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. This hotel is great for a short stay. The only downside is the location, which is inside a narrow street, so at night it can feel a bit uncomfortable, especially for solo female travelers, who should be more careful. There are small local shops nearby, but they only accept cash. Overall, this hotel offers excellent cleanliness, great service, and very friendly staff, making it a very pleasant place to stay in Kuta.

I had a pleasant stay at Stark Boutique Hotel during my trip. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety to start the day. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax after going out. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location is also very convenient — there is a mall nearby and many marts and souvenir shops around the area. It was easy to grab snacks or buy souvenirs if we missed anything earlier. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a good location, friendly service, and nice breakfast. I would recommend it to travelers visiting the area.

It was very close to the airport—about a 5-minute drive. The facilities are a bit dated, but it is still an excellent choice for travelers arriving late at night. Although I didn’t use it, there is also a swimming pool, and late check-in is available.

Really enjoyed my stay at Cove Tripuri House. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the place felt safe and peaceful. Would stay again!

We (myself, my husband, daughter, son, brothers, sister in laws and nieces) made Grand Ixora our family home while adventuring in Kuta for 10 nights and more. We loved everything about this very cosy, comfortable and beautiful hotel. From morning to night every single day, we were greeted with friendly smiles from every area of the hotel - from the restaurant staff to the reception staff to the pool and bar staff to the parking and security staff to the room cleaning and gardening staff. The food at breakfast buffet was varied and very yummy. The room was super clean and aircond was super cold at its minimum setting. The pool (and its lush gardens) is a nice place to relax in the morning or after a day out, complete, with balinese music and calming waterfall feature in the background. Location wise, it was central to our shopping and entertainment needs. Close within walking distance to 3 different malls, to massage and beauty places, to street shops, to 2 different padel courts, to countless restaurants and bars, to Waterbom Park, to airport.
