At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. I've stayed at many hostels while traveling around the world, and this is the best. The Snooze Malang staff, in particular, are even more dedicated to service than other Snooze teams. They welcome guests warmly and are always ready to help. The garden is peaceful and beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby, and even a small traditional market is within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring. It's also within walking distance of the train station. Although it's a hostel, it's a quiet place to rest. The only downside is that the shower water pressure is weak. They clean the rooms daily and even every other minute, and they even lift the beds to clean them daily. I highly recommend this place.

It’s a very nice hotel spacious enough , I get an up grade from Mountain View room into bathtub room. Breakfast is complete and variously… And there is a restaurant just across the hotel

Staying at Regents Hotel Malang was both comfortable and incredibly convenient, especially for my planned visit to Mount Bromo. The hotel’s location made it an ideal base, putting me within easy reach of the mountain for an early start on the sunrise tour. My room was spacious and well-equipped, with a window view that overlooked beautiful gardens, offering a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel restaurant was another highlight, featuring a diverse breakfast buffet that ranged from freshly baked pastries to local specialties. This made it easy to grab a filling meal before heading out for a day of adventure. The hotel staff were helpful as well, providing tips on the best routes to Bromo and even assisting with transportation options. Overall, Regents Hotel Malang offered a convenient and comfortable stay, making it easy to explore Bromo and enjoy the beauty of Malang!

I love the staffs, friendly and helpfull . They even prepared our early breakfast because we had to leave at 00.30 for Bromo tour , very nice service, perfect location

The hotel is nice, it is a good location to go to mount bromo, ijen and taking a trip to the waterfalls. There are no shops nearby unfortunately, so had to use grab and Gojek. The room was a little dirty, but it’s ok. The bed is reallly comfortable and also have an English movie channel on the tv. Staff are super friendly and I would stay here again.

This hotel is strategically located along the main road. There are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby. In terms of rooms, we are happy to book a room. We get 2 big beds and in one room, four adults can sleep comfortably. Toilet is divided into shower cubicle, sink and vanity mirror and toilet bowl. My comment is that shower cubicle is only half closed and it's missing proper glass door. Therefore, shower water spills into the sink and mirror section. When it's wet, the tile is quite slippery. So, walk carefully. Two breakfast coupons worth IDR50,000.00 each are given for each room. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room or you can dine at the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the building next to the hotel. We were informed that the restaurant is under the same management as the hotel. The food is good. We ordered bubur ayam a few times as it is good. Nasi goreng Jawa is very delicious. There are chicken slices and cabbage slices. It's well cooked and the portion is generous. What is interesting about this hotel? It has a rooftop restaurant and you can take pictures of Malang city from up there.

I stayed at Gets Hotel for a night and was genuinely satisfied with my experience. The hotel is affordable with budget-friendly prices, yet it offers excellent facilities and quality service. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring Malang. The staff were friendly. The hotel’s location is also strategic.

New great experience for us. At first I was a little hesitant about wanting to stay at this hotel, but I was curious about the Victorian style outside the building, so we stayed, and it's really as good as it is luxurious for a hotel of that class, but the only thing that is lacking in maintenance is that the rooms are a bit old and perhaps not paid enough attention to like the furniture in the rooms. the shower. Yesterday I had a sink that was a bit clogged and the room AC wasn't cold enough even though it was already 18°, but it was still paid off with fast, responsive and satisfying service. Hopefully it will continue to be successful and the room facilities can be further rejuvenated. Thank you for the hospitality.
