GGuest UserRoom cancellation by the hotel was not informed prior, not responding properly. Washroom drain out was not properly maintained.

GGuest UserRoom is nice but too small and all the other things are good like serving, cleanliness, ac, lift, water facility and bathroom is very clean and smelling nice, no noise is coming inside the room, overall room is nice.

GGuest UserDesolate location, hotel is on the second floor, rooms are different sizes, no hot water and the plumbing is outside. We paid for the full day but only checked in around 3:30am. He started calling us just 6 hours later at 9:30am asking us to check out by 10am or pay the extra day charges. Water is not good here.
