Hotels near Kovai Kutralam Falls, Coimbatore

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for one night on route to Kochi. Good points Lovely pool, and outside area was beautiful and the rooms were like little bungalows. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast which were nice good choices. We didn't do any activities so cannot comment on that. The only real bad point was the beds were so hard i had trouble sleeping, if it had been more comfortable i would have given 5 *

Just a one night stay….we wanted to catch an early train so it was a perfect location….a bit of street noise of course as it’s very central but not too bad. Air conditioning wasn’t working on the fourth floor but they moved us to a new room without any fuss which was well handled by the staff. Clean room, comfy bed and good breakfast. Happy with our decision to stay there.

I don't understand the concept of 12 to 12 check in and check out. Anyways we had booked 2 rooms and went to the hotel by 6 pm and they took 30 mins to provide 1 room and more than 1. 30 hours to provide another room. But during checkout they were very sharp on timing and charged extra 500 rs for extending till 2 pm. The pol in reception area not so friendly and they don't know even the meaning of smile. The room were good and neat the breakfast was also ok. There was underground parking aswell. Will i prefer this hotel next time. No bcoz of the non friendly front office.
