We absolutely loved this little guesthouse. It is located in the centre of Modena in a beautiful building. Rooms and breakfast room are fantastic. Heating is available which is a big plus as well. Manager Benedetta is also really nice and could be easily reach in WhatsApp.

Manor-style hotel, the parking lot is very convenient, not far from the city, the hotel gym is good, the breakfast is a bit simple, the price is close to the people, the service attitude is very good, you can consider it next time

The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom, as well as the convenient and modern digital entry system. Communication with the property was smooth, and the check-in instructions were easy to understand. While it's a bit far from the city center, overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Very good hotel, parking on the neighboring streets is free (give a card), up to the central 10 minutes walk, the room is large, the bathroom is normal, all not tired, breakfast is very delicious, recommended.

There is a parking in the yard, the location is good. You can get to everything on foot. There are lots of fruit for breakfast.

its not recommend to stay if you does not car , because its a walking distance 

Hotel location is very convenient, there are parking spaces and swimming pools, there is a large supermarket nearby, breakfast food is OK, but there is no hot water ~ you can boil water yourself, the bathroom water temperature difference DD, the staff is very polite
