GGuest UserThe check-in process was smooth. The hotel agreed to hold our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Staff was proficient in English and was very helpful and polite. The rooms were also very clean and quite spacious. Would definitely book here again!

CCasper WongBed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, and they allowed you to indicate if you were going to have breakfast there the next day on the TV to avoid food waste. Nice sustainable practice. Taste was so-so, but choice was rather limited. Can't expect too much given such a bargain, of course. Location close to JR Okayama Station, so it was convenient. But the cargo trains were quite noisy at late-night and in the early morning. Might not be the best choice for those sensitive to sound. Anyway the overall experience was satisfactory.

GGuest UserAffordable place with short walk to the train station. Room is very big for Japan budget hotel standards. Hotel is not the newest but it has everything you need. Toilet feels new and room is clean. The included breakfast is sufficient and you will be satisfied if you don’t expect too much.

AAnonymous UserPerfect location, main station close by, convenience store just a couple minutes away. The room was also not too bad, though it wasn't entirely clean. Some dust haven't been cleaned, in mostly unnoticable places though, like really high up or behind the TV. And even though we haven't met any staff members it wasn't that hard to check in or check out. Though there was difficulty of getting inside the building, as we didn't receive the door code through email. Good thing there were some helpful residents of the hotel who helped us to get inside. Either way final score would be 8.5/10
