GGuest UserThe location is great just a few steps from the train station, and nearby a big mall ”AEON”. The self check-in and check-out, laundry machine, amenities, free coffee/tea and breakfast, and the room itself is perfect. This will be my choice again next time if I come back to this area.

LluckychuchuThe hotel is clean and the staff are lovely. However, they don’t speak English, so communication is done via translation tools. The location is convenient — just one stop from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for anyone attending a concert at Saitama Super Arena — it’s only one station away!

GGuest UserI was searching for a place to stay before a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and I was drawn in by the reviews and location, so I decided to book. It's just one stop from Saitama Shintoshin, where the arena is located, and the area around this hotel is full of convenience stores and restaurants, so I had no trouble finding somewhere to stay late into the night. The lobby also had a classic feel, creating a very relaxing atmosphere.
