GGuest UserLocation: right opposite a huge shopping mall that connects to the train station. Walk to the train station will take about 4 minutes. Good location. Room: Room and bathroom were spotless and not dusty. Clean towels and bed sheets. Facilities: There is a basic gym in the basement, next to the spa. When i visited the gym, it was quite clean. The spa is small. Service: good service from the staff. easy check in and check out.

GGuest UserEasy 7 minute walk from the railway station in a quiet street. Huge mall nearby and a convenience stall across the road. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They very happily helped to book a Bolt to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

GGuest UserFirst of all, hotel is located very close to airport and has very good facilities for its price. In the room there were various massages printed out for guest, which is very cute and free snacks and breakfast. Food was very delicious and personal was kind. I spent a pleasant comfortable night there.

JJu&LinThe stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English. However, there are some points that disappointed us: - There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water. -The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly. -The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower. - I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there. - The heater/AC was VERY LOUD - And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.

GGuest UserIbis hotels always deliver what they promise. I stayed in a few different countries in their hotels and always you get what you pay for. As this was my last minute booking I chose the cheapest option (one star rating). The check in was fast snd receptionist was very kind and gave me a room on a peaceful side of the building. Room is pretty simple but you get what you pay for: clean bed, shower and toilet room with soup and body wash, a couple of glasses and that’s about it. Anyway, I had a good sleep and check out is easy - just drop your key card in a box at the exit.
