The rooms were very clean, and the sauna, hot spring, and small swimming pool were great for families with children. The location was excellent; there was a small market nearby, as well as a small ski slope and a snow play area for kids.

My recent stay at Casa Moritz in Brasov proved to be a delightful experience. The rooms, while furnished with somewhat dated pieces, offered comfortable and cozy beds with warm bedding, which was particularly appreciated during our stay. The cleanliness was commendable, and the overall maintenance of the property was good. One minor inconvenience was the absence of a kettle in the room, which would have been a welcome addition for making a morning coffee or evening tea. A small suggestion for improvement concerns the check-in process. The hotel uses a code entry system, which required calling the point of contact to obtain the access code. This could be streamlined by providing the code automatically after online check-in confirmation, saving time and making the arrival process smoother for both guests and staff. Despite these minor points, Casa Moritz offers excellent value for money. Its combination of friendly service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations makes it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Brasov.

Very nice hotel, convenient for families, good spa area

The hotel is located next to a new and modern shopping mall, in the city center. The owner's service is very good. The luggage is stored in the hotel, and the owner will take the initiative to call and ask when to pick it up.

Very near to the city square, black church, Catherine gate and so on. just a walking distance. The room is big as we expected to the romanian country and also food nearby and drinking or coffee vendo machine is very helpful for us. Staff is very helpful and never leave us unattended. They are okey to message directly or ask them for any question regarding the town since we are a tourist.

Level 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy. Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights. At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy. Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am. No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Room was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

Lovely hotel - nice, helpful staff; cozy room with great view; 100/10 location, within walking distance to Council Square, Black Church, Castle on the hill (and pretty much everything); pretty view from the balcony; decent breakfast buffet with may different foods; the only slight issue is that the bathtub leaks when you shower to the floor will be wet
