Very nice hotel, convenient for families, good spa area

The hotel is located next to a new and modern shopping mall, in the city center. The owner's service is very good. The luggage is stored in the hotel, and the owner will take the initiative to call and ask when to pick it up.

Perfect location, very large beautiful room. The only uncomfortable thing is that there is not a proper shelf to put your stuff in the bathroom. We found a place to put stuff over the toilet but it's not a suitable place, if something falls.... Nice breakfast

Comfortable hotel, fast and good service, friendly staff .

Lovely hotel - nice, helpful staff; cozy room with great view; 100/10 location, within walking distance to Council Square, Black Church, Castle on the hill (and pretty much everything); pretty view from the balcony; decent breakfast buffet with may different foods; the only slight issue is that the bathtub leaks when you shower to the floor will be wet

Overall good experience, receptionist was helpful and friendly. Strategic location for sure, the black church just opposite of the homestay.

Had an excellent night's stay here, very clean, rooms are what you would expect, would recommend for an over night sta.

cleaned the room daily for us. and even gave us a bottle of champagne for new years day! what a lovely gesture :)
