"The apartment is incredibly comfortable, with everything you need: clean linens, a comfortable bed, shower gels, shampoos, toilet paper, brushes, robes, towels, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, an ironing board, hangers, a safe, a coffee machine, tea, a stove, and all the kitchen utensils! Everything is brand new, there's a sitting area on the floor where you can wait, the cleaning staff are very polite, no one took anything without asking, and there's daily cleaning. You can hang out downstairs in the evenings. A saxophonist played on Friday! My deepest respects, guys – you've thought of everything so well!"
"The room facilities were excellent! Although 6km from the city center, the subway and bus services are very convenient. There's a large supermarket nearby. Lagado Train Station is one subway stop away. The hotel entrance is also very easy to find."
"Spacious room, comfortable bed, variety for breakfast, they bake Viennese waffles in front of you) I was satisfied Among the minuses there is no declared gym"
"Amazing value! The bedroom is spacious and the benefit of having both a living room and a kitchen was appreciated. Centrally located close to both the Metro and Moscow Train Station. Lots of food options available."
"The loft-style rooms are very quiet, despite the proximity to the Moscow train station and Nevsky Prospekt. I stayed off-season, and the price for this level was very reasonable! The room has a kitchen."
"Everything was great. The staff were helpful and respectful. It was a very clean and well-maintained place. Unfortunately, the location was bad; we had to take the metro and bus. Another issue was that they asked for 500 rubles per person when we arrived at the hotel. Since they hadn't mentioned this beforehand, we had to give them the small amount of cash we had. They said it was a legal requirement by the government, but we hadn't been informed about it beforehand."
"The location is excellent, the room is decent, clean, I recommend..."

Outstanding
GGuest UserExcellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a warm smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with attention to every small detail. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The location is perfect, close to everything yet very quiet and relaxing. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made me feel completely at home. The service quality was top-notch, and I genuinely felt valued as a guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel; the decor, facilities, and service exceeded expectations. -Location: Just a 5-minute walk from the train station, on Nevsky Prospekt, very convenient for getting to all of St. Petersburg's attractions. Plenty of bus routes are nearby. -Environment: We booked a triple room, which was very spacious with high ceilings and high-end kitchen appliances. Breakfast trays were collected daily, the room was cleaned, dishes were washed, and bottled water was provided. -Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast had many choices. We selected our meals and time on the iPad at the front desk the day before (Chinese language available!), and a staff member delivered the meal to our room – excellent service. Three jars of jam were delivered on the morning of our check-out. For this location and price, this hotel is incredibly good value! Our family was very satisfied!
GGuest UserClean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available . The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers. The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants. Definitely worth it!
FF AlmazroueiThe Four Seasons Hotel in St. Petersburg is truly luxurious and high-end in every detail. The service is exceptional, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The restaurants are outstanding, offering excellent food and atmosphere. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend it.
GGuest UserLove our stay, highly recommend All the staff are very accommodating to us and they can speak English Breakfast has a wide variety of food and very delicious Our room are spacious and clean We will definitely comeback
GGuest UserNice property with all facilities required in the room. The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was good. The reception staff were helpful. The property was clean and also close to the main street and the metro station. Food, souvenir and metro station was all close by. A safe and good choice to make.
GGuest UserI absolutely loved staying at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the whiteness of the entrance, staircase and reception area was wonderful and it was so clean! The staff was very quick and courteous while checking us in. When we entered our room, it was a delight - spotless, gorgeous cushions and good windows. We were so happy. We had an extra bed added which did make the walking space a little less but since we were out most of the day, it didn't matter. We stayed for 6 days and in that time they responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently. The bathroom was super spacious and we loved the big tub, especially in the winter when you want to have a hot bath! The reception staff was very helpful with directions, booking a taxi, and in addressing all our questions. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and polite. There are 2 negatives I noticed - the breakfast plates were sometimes dirty and i had to request the staff for clean plates. And the shower curtains should be cleaned. Overall its an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there if we go back to StP. The location is phenomenal, cant get better than this! One tip- breakfast is good but exactly the same every single day, there is nothing new and no change, so if you like some variety, there is a breakfast place opposite. You could go there sometimes. Definitely a highly recommended hotel!
AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.
