GGuest UserI was never told that my room was on the second floor with no elevator. After a long flight of stairs, the only way to get to the second floor was a small tight spiral metal staircase. Very, very difficult getting iup and down. They would not give me a refund nor would not move me to another room unless I paid additional $55. Nowhere was this disclosed.

FFangkung TeavelOur stay was wonderful! The resort offered a calm, serene atmosphere with beautiful landscaping throughout. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful details: eco-friendly packaging for all amenities, a delicious breakfast featuring homemade baked beans (not canned!), and excellent accessibility features including ramps and shower seating—perfect for seniors or anyone with mobility needs. The views were stunning, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserI urgently needed to book a hotel in Suan Phueng, Ratchaburi, for a concert at Suan Phueng Highlands. The criteria was simple: the hotel had to be close to the venue. Ozono Resort met this requirement at a reasonable price. The rooms were beautiful and well worth the price. They were spacious, with cool air conditioning and comfortable sleep. The cleanliness was spotless, as expected for the price. Breakfast was included. The resort is located on a main road near Baan Hom Thian, a famous Suan Phueng tourist attraction. A convenience store is just a short distance away, offering convenience to all guests. Next time I'm at a concert at Suan Phueng Highlands, I'll definitely stay here again.

WWiiwii :)Palamer Resort is a place to fall in love with tranquility. Suitable for relaxing the ears, brain and letting nature heal the mind. with complete comfort in the room and a spacious balcony suitable for outdoor activities around the house. The owner's auntie is very kind and gracious. The uncle who takes care of the place is attentive and enthusiastic about the customers. The aunt and maid keep the room clean and have good manners ♥️
