was originally booked a 1 bedroom suite that am scare due to the room size; it is old and dark. As a matter of the property is fully-booked, front desk staff tried their best to get me a downgrade for a modern room (# 1423) with free breakfast. Breakfast was ok. I did not try the Sauna and Steam room. The Gym looks good. Swimming pool is fine. Hotel provides free shuttle service to Koh Loy (even for 1 guest) and free car service to Pattaya Central Dept Store for a minimum 4 guests.
Since I stayed at room # 1525 2 nights ago. I found room # 1423 needs some maintainence. Balcony has many spidernets. Better install mosquitoes net for bath room window. Floor along toilet seat better re-glue to look nice. LED light below the bathroom mirror is off. Shower stalls glass can be cleaned on a regular basis. I killed a baby roach on the luggage top counter (at first I thought it is a mosquito.)
The only thing bother my sleep is one bird which woke me up in the early morning.
I think in terms of the services, value and the location, will definitely come back!

To be honest, the location of the hotel is the best location because you can easy to buy tickets to Bangkok.Staff are nice If you show your room card to enjoy your dim sum breakfast at the below restaurant, you can get one dim sum free but there is 7% tax on top. .Central Siracha is just minutes away from hotel but there is room for improvement as follows;
1) There is no individual control for the toilet light so you have turn on all lights ,if you use toilet during night time. It will affect your partner.
2) Room is extremely small.
3) The door which you have to close tightly (each time), otherwise your door will be an alarm clock. It will make all the floor people to wake up. It is extremely disturbing.
4) Towel could be better quality.
5) Room price is bit expensive during Saturday and Sunday.

- The room was old and the balcony was incredibly dirty with bird droppings everywhere. Couldn't even enjoy the view, it was awful.
- They had a Japanese toilet, but it wasn't actually functional.
- The room wasn't soundproof at all. I could hear people snoring from other rooms and barely got any sleep.
The only good thing was the location, right by the sea and Central (mall).

This is a coastal hotel, but the beach nearby is messy and inaccessible, so the only option is to relax by the pool. The staff, however, were quite good, especially a male receptionist who helped me immensely when my car tire went flat. He made calls for repairs and exchanged information with me for quite a while – I'm very grateful for his help! We booked a two-bedroom suite, and the room itself was nice, with a washing machine which was convenient for laundry. There was also an induction cooktop in the kitchen, but absolutely no kitchenware, so I wonder if it's just for show! The room's cleanliness, though, was really not up to par. The bottom of the shower curtain was black with grime, and the area under the sink faucet handle had a fuzzy build-up of dirt – it seemed like the cleaning staff just did a quick once-over and left! The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to a 7-Eleven and a shopping mall, which is very convenient. Oh, and one more thing: the breakfast had a lot of carbs and very little meat.

I had a wonderful stay at The Piano Hotel Khao Yai. The hotel is beautifully designed with a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by nature and greenery, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, using a translation device to communicate with me. Other staff members also greeted me as I passed by, which was a nice touch. It was helpful when they guided me across the road. Breakfast had a few different items each day and was delicious. The location was perfect for the golf course I had booked. I will definitely use J Town Service Apartment again next time!

Great location, 5 mins walk to the park and can walk to Koh Loi. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Hotel has Onsen on the second floor, clean but no amenities except towels, had to come back to dry my hair in the room, sauna was not working though.
Overall, happy with my stay and will return if I go back to Siracha.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Sriracha, within walking distance of Koh Loi and Robinsons Mall, and also offers a free tuk-tuk service to several nearby destinations.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment (other room types are available), and the room was extremely well appointed with plenty of amenities, including a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, a safe, a washing machine and more. Anything not provided can easily be requested from reception. Balconies are locked for safety reasons, but access can be arranged by contacting reception.
The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well designed, featuring a Japanese-style toilet and a separate shower and bath area. There were TVs in both the bedroom and living area, which was a nice touch.
The hotel has a rooftop bar, and the main restaurant is located on the ground floor. Breakfast was outstanding, with an excellent buffet and many items cooked to order in a live “show cooking” style. Numerous shops, restaurants, and massage places are just a few minutes’ walk away. Koh Loi is about a 20-minute walk, or you can use the hotel’s tuk-tuk service, which also stops at Central Mall and the main hospital.
The pool offers great views over the bay. Additional facilities include a library and co-working area, a TV/gaming room, a yoga studio, a well-equipped gym, the golf practice nets, and a large adjoining car park with a covered walkway directly into Level 1.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel in the Sriracha area—well equipped, well located, and very comfortable. 👍🏼

GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable, and the hot water was great. Free parking was a plus, and the security guard at the entrance was very responsible. The area around the hotel was quite quiet, and the nearest 7-11 was a 5-minute walk away. The rooftop pool was unusable this season; it was too windy and cold. However, the gym was pretty good. The view from the balcony was nice, and I enjoyed watching the sunset every evening.

We called the reception, and a staff member came to assist us with air freshener. She kindly offered to change our room, but we declined. While the service was good, the situation was not quite what we expected.

There is also 2 restaurants close to the hotel, Japanese and Indian.
At arrival the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, also very helpful during our whole stay of 5 nights. Great service at all times.
Popcorn man is very friendly and nice. Have read other reviews before about the free coffee and popcorn, that is very nice, but they use a lot of sugar at the Popcorn! That is not for us Scandinavians. Thailand seems to have sugar in almost every things, in dried fish, smoked salmon, popcorn, juice and a lot more. To bad. Probably a way to make Thailand fat.
Had a great room with mountain view and it was peaceful and nice. The room has a bathtub and Japanese style toilet, charging point next to the bed. Has a switch next to the bed to turn on a light outside the room door for clean the room or Not disturb. Old and a bit worn out hotel, but absolutely a nice hotel and good breakfast. A hotel with a lot of mirrors all over, and a lot of glass windows in and around the reception area and floors. Probably not a big cleaning staff to keep all the glass and mirrors clean at all times.
The Onsen is like other guests has said before, almost no one use it. They should have made a steam room in the second shower room. It's a big room inside the Onsen that no one use. Would make a great steamroom size. And members and guests would for sure start using the Onsen a lot more.
There is even room for making a female side at the Onsen, already a second pool that is covered up with no use. Split up the huge entrance rooms, leave a few showers for the women and a simple wall to close the gap for each side, and open the second pool with water flow from the big one. Then it would be happy guests of both women and men.
The gym was back in the days a great and professional one, and it still works very well today. Worn out and a few leaks when it rains but can have a good workout any way.
Did not use the pool, but used the sunbeds. There is 3 sunbeds and one of them is almost collapsed, no mattress. Bit of sun in the morning before the sun gets behind the hotel building, also sun at late afternoon.
Too bad the tennis court is closed due to leaks and saggy floor. Suggest the Hotel to remove the chemicals that is right next to the pool in public
We will come back, great staff, big room with a bathtub and good location.
