More than expectation! The hotel is located next to the beach where isn’t crowed so you can feel private. I love the style of hotel which make me feel relax with the natural around - the mangrove path roof is one of my favorite, very unique. You can see sunset from the swimming pool and the beach - awesome view! The staffs were so friendly always helpful. I enjoyed staying there

I had a very pleasant stay at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. Everything during my visit was great — from the welcoming atmosphere to the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the peaceful and relaxing environment throughout the resort. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. Overall, everything was just right, and I’m very happy with my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya and would be glad to return in the future.

Staying at the Andaz gives you a feeling to stay at a real 5* hotel. Beds are comfy, service attitude is great, breakfast selection is overwhelmingly great! The beach is cleaned daily and the little things make the price and stay there worth it: suddenly a waiter comes around the beach serving drinks for free. Sunscreen is also provided and just making it perfect! The summary “Outstanding” cannot be a standard feedback on trip.com. This hotel truly deserved it. One thing to note: the location is nicely remote. Take a grab or taxi to go where some action is.

If you intend to stay with your sweetheart or family, it's good. Good service, clean swimming pool, good, clean rooms with good smells, delicious breakfast. If you want to change the atmosphere, eat outside or want to walk around, it's near the market, many restaurants, near Nang Ram Beach, Nang Rong Beach, not far away.

The room is beautiful, the view is good, it is clean and the price is very cheap. I am very impressed. I took my Chinese friends with me. There were 4 of us. It was not cramped at all. There were snacks to eat. There was a big TV. The hotel has a private beach. There is a beautiful swimming pool.

The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The highlight of the stay was definitely the swimming pool. It is beautifully designed and offers a stunning sea view, especially during sunset. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for unwinding or taking photos.

The private pool villa was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass on all sides, it created a bright and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The private swimming pool right in front of the room was a highlight, and the bathroom area was thoughtfully designed and very stylish. The bed was spacious and extremely soft, making it perfect for a restful sleep. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of tempting options. Although the hotel is located a little deep inside the alley, the overall experience was wonderful. All the hotel staff were lovely, warm, and welcoming.

The villa was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for big families. We had wonderful stay. Although it is called “Mövenpick Villa,” please note that it has no affiliation or connection with the Mövenpick hotel. Future guests should be aware of this when making a reservation.

Lovely hotel, fantastic swimming pool and great staff. Could be a bit out of the way for some people, but it is worth staying here for a few days if you want peace and quiet. There is a TOPS supermarket 500 metres away.
