AAhculawThe hotel is in a great location, with plenty of parking spaces directly opposite the building. On the first floor, there’s a restaurant and a cafe, making everything super convenient. I would also like to commend one of the staff members for her exceptional service—she truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel. Additionally, check in early or check out late for a reasonable fee of 100 THB per hour

NNuttanichaHad a good experience staying here with friends. It's located in Nonthaburi and has a hotel-like atmosphere, even though it also functions as a residence. While the building is starting to show its age, it's not run-down at all. There's always staff on site.

AAnonymous UserSome parts of the hotel has been renovated. Some havent. The room we stay is alright. But they aircorn is too strong wind and cannot turn the temp higher than 25 degree celcius. At night it gets quite cold. The aircon sound is loud. You need to turn on TV volume very high.
You can hear all the car sounds passing by very clearly.
It would be better if they change probably sound proof materials or curtain or window to let it absorb some sound.
The breakfast was good. Long buffet line.
Staff at reception is nice.

GGuest UserThe palace was more like a small condo. Very dated and nothing flashy . However it had AC , fridge , tv , shower and modern toilet , security and cleaning service.
On the positive The location was close to 7/11 , temples , Big c shops , movies , international school and cosmetic hospitals only short walk or drive
One negative - no kettle
For the price I paid I think it was satisfactory .

HHawleyOverall, the experience was great and very satisfying. The place itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and meets expectations in terms of quality and service. Everything was smooth and enjoyable during the stay. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the midtown area, which may take some extra time for commuting. However, if you don’t mind the distance, it’s still a solid choice and definitely recommended for those looking for a good overall experience.

And all foods and drink provided in out room are all halal which quite shocked me since this is my first time getting halal accomodation in bangkok. Services was all good and nearby to the mall ngamwongwan and lotus as well. Very big family room

GGuest Userconvenient location, just a few minutes walking from the mrt station. there is a food market nearby but it's a bit more expensive than the usual thai food markets. the hotel itself is clean and quiet. bed is a bit hard but a good stay overall.

AAnonymous UserFacility: the hotel is in what looks like a residential compound. Quite usual style in BKK. Okay on the outside, parking space right below.
The location is a bit away from the main road and its heavy traffic and noses, so it was good. (Particularly if you have a car)
The staff was helpful enough.
But the room is in really bad condition of cleanliness, the floor was dirty,, the bathroom is dirty, moldy, the Aircon is very very modly and so not in usable condition.
I understand it is a very cheap place, so we were not expecting any fancy room and or any amenities. but cleanliness is very hard pill to us.

Clean room, quiet, comfortable sleep.
Close to places to eat, easy to travel to, the staff are friendly and welcoming, well looked after and safe, but the entrance may be a bit difficult to see, but overall I'm very satisfied. If I have the opportunity, I'll go back and stay here again.
