We arrived and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would just recommend updating the sleeping beds for the small children. The breakfast was good.

Half an hour from the city center. The rooms are fine, but we were having higher expectations coming from a Radisson Blu. However, the breakfast was amazing!! Great buffet with plenty options and A La Carté dishes they will made for you. A good choice if you want to have a great start in the morning

Absolutely perfect stay in a luxurious big room and bathroom. Connected to Ankara Station but very quiet, and no cigarette or bad smells from the toilet. Also close by Maltepe metro station and bus stop for easy access to various sights in the city. If you go to Ankara by train, stay at this hotel.

The hotel itself is really nice. But Trip.com lies with the photo of the outdoor pool and claims that the hotel reception confirms the outdoor pool. The hotel has no direct agreement with Trip.com and the photo of the outdoor pool is still online, although I have already stated via email and chat that this outdoor pool does not exist. The indoor pool is small but nice. The breakfast is sufficient and the beds very comfortable. I would stay there again.

The breakfast was fantastic, the service was on orderly and on time, and the staff were very quick to attend to our requests. The location of the hotel is also very good, as it's very close to transportation hubs, be it metro, bus or taxis. Our room was spacious and included all the amenities needed for a lengthy stay. Overall, if you're looking for a clean hotel, spacious rooms, good service, and great breakfast, all included for a fair price, you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

He is very nice and helpful. He provided the towel for free, explained everything and said to call him if need any help. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Totally recommend!

MMaheenI had a pleasant stay at Çankaya Suit Hotel during my trip to Ankara. The location is peaceful and convenient, with shops and cafes nearby, and it’s easy to reach the rest of the city.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. The hotel felt safe and quiet, which was ideal for relaxing after a busy day out.
There was a bit of a language barrier, as some of the staff didn’t speak much English, but they were still polite and tried their best to assist.
Overall, it’s a good value-for-money option in a nice area of Ankara. I’d definitely consider staying again!

The hotel facilities are very new and clean, the lobby waiters are polite and will help with luggage, and the front desk staff, although they don't understand English very well, also tried their best to help us with our needs! There are many options for breakfast too! I live in a room on the first floor, facing the street! A total of 3 nights, every morning and evening was very quiet! So we were well rested! We are very satisfied with this hotel. If I come back from other cities, I will definitely choose to stay here again! Great value for money thanks to the hotel staff! ZZMikhailThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink.
About negatives:
1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not.
2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea)
3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment)
I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.

GGuest UserThe hotel is new, clean and simple. The reception is fluent in English and helpful on supporting your needs. It’s really value for money.
However, there are several areas worth mentioning:
- location: there is no metro station nearby. You gotta take taxi or buses to get there
- staircase: there are some rooms that can only be accessed through staircase(ard 6-10steps) after taking lift. You have to carry your luggage up through those stairscase
- bathroom design: the hardware used are high quality one but the design are not friendly enough. The bathroom is separated into showering, toilet and basin area. There is no space for putting cloth or towel in the showering area. You have to get out naked to get those things in the basin area, which is connected to the bedroom without door. One more minor recommendation is that a few more rack would make the basin area more user friendly.
