Nice service and comfy environment. The hotel is conveniently located and the front desk was very helpful and enthusiastic. Room was good, tidy and spacious. Would recommend to all!

Staff was excellent and helpful. Location was close enough to downtown Buffalo. Shuttle was extremely helpful in getting around town.

Heat in our room wasn't working at 1:30 am. Keith was responsive and although he couldn't get the heat to work, he supplied us with a couple heating towers. We were also given a discount on our final bill due to our inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Also, we waited quite awhile to order our breakfast (Starbucks). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future.

The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, and the surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet

Good downtown location Well maintained lobby and convenient restaurants including Starbucks -elevators and entrances were good Polite staff Downside was hairdryer not working and tea kettle was missing- although it was delivered on request Overall a decent experience

The suite was fantastic So spacious and well equipped ‘The Elephant Lady’ on the front desk is absolutely lovely and was so helpful and kind She made an amazing stay for us Thank you :) The free train to downtown just next to the hotel is really useful 👌🏽

Convenient to travel, close to the subway station and not far from Times Square, convenient to go anywhere

I had great view for the city and the lake from my hotel room. I spent two days there. Everything was great. Shops nearby
