The hotel is very new, the room is large and the sleep is very comfortable. Although there are some hairs on the towels, it is generally clean and hygienic. I will stay here again if I come to Rochester next time.

先説好的，雖然一開始入住雖然有些小插曲，終究在攜程和酒店方協調下換了我要的帶廚房的奢侈閣樓房間（目測有60-70平米） 我查了一下背景，這棟建築是 Alexander Hamilton School No. 31（第31公立學校），建於約1919–1922年。它最初是一所公立學校，以美國開國元勛 Alexander Hamilton 命名，曾使用數十年。主要是面向小學生的，比如讀寫、算術、歷史等。1980年前後學校功能結束後，建築被重新開發，先後用於教育、神學等用途。現在這座百年歷史建築被改造成 School 31 Lofts，同時設有影視製作設施 Colors Studios。它保留了原有的石材外牆、學校入口等歷史建築特色，並被 Rochester 市列為具有重要歷史價值的建築。 我實際入住，室內裝修是很特別的 1. 保留原學校特色：大量保留原來的黑板、教室格局、高挑天花板、木地板等，讓人能看出它過去是學校。 2. 保留老建築質感：部分磚牆、牆面和建築結構直接裸露出來，沒有完全用現代材料覆蓋，突出百年老建築的年代感。 3. 影視主題非常明顯：公共區域和客房中可以看到電影海報、影視相關裝飾和道具，因為這裏同時是 Colors Studios 的影視製作空間。 4. 復古工業風：古舊書籍、黑板、裸磚、老木材等與現代傢俱結合，形成一種 industrial + vintage 的風格，而不是傳統豪華酒店。 5. 整體理念是“歷史建築再利用”：它不是把老學校徹底翻新成一個現代酒店，而是儘量保留學校原貌，再把教室和其他空間改造成 Loft、酒店客房和影視工作空間。 6.廚房配置齊全很好用，全套康寧餐具。 不太好的地方，提醒大家注意。 建築物有部分區域有地面輕微下陷，也圍起來了，不知道有沒有安全風險。層高感覺接近四米，如果一個人入住，如果是女生，由於室內燈光昏暗，挺有壓迫感的，加之建築物和傢俱老舊，有點瘮人。入住期間沒有人打掃的，也沒有前台，就是郵件/電話24/7據説服務。

The hotel rooms are clean and new. There are two electric charging posts here, which is not indicated anywhere when I booked. Having the ability to charge my car to full while staying in Rochester for the Strong Museum of Play makes this a great experience.

Very clean and nice hotel, great location in Rochester and very helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone, especially traveling with pets.

Our stay was excellent. No complaints. Friendly staff. Great breakdown bar. Prompt service if you needed towels or Kleenex for the room.

Very speechless, usually less than 100 knives in the hotel, encountered the price of the American Golf final 160. I have lived in Quality inn before and I feel okay. I didn't expect the sheets and quilts in my room to have yellow stains. Then I will take a bath for one night without undressing and the next day. The driver clicked the navigation and turned around 2 times and didn't find the hotel. Finally, the customer came to pick it up. He said that the navigation led to the back of the hotel.
