"My husband and I had a 3 night stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. After a lukewarm reception we were escorted to our clean, modern and spacious room with good air-con. The property has a wonderful spa, beautiful ( but cold) swimming pool with comfortable chaise lounges and food/bar service. We were really impressed by the menu, service and ambiance of the Brewery restaurant. The golf course restaurant is not part of the hotel but is easily accessible. They have a very varied menu and very good pizza. All in all staff were very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again given the opportunity to pass thru Lusaka."

"Lovely rooms. But yet again, refused to refund an earlier check out. Lost two nights of stay for two rooms even though we notified the hotel days prior. We didn’t mind paying a penalty fee for making the stay shorter but that was never an option. They rejected our application for a refund. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and my guests love staying there. Hence I still book for their stay there"

"The room is big; the AC didn’t work; the fan made too much noise; the water pump was roaring through night so we could not sleep. Lot of mosquitoes in the room and we got many bites over faces, hands and legs. WiFi didn’t work inside the room. We had to sit outside to use it. Breakfast was the worst one(in the picture below) a plate with 2 fried eggs and 4 toasties for 2 people and that we had for each morning (4 days) there, also a jug of hot water and 2 tea bags. I don’t know how they can treat their customers like that. Overall, unpleasant stay at this place and for sure, we don’t want anyone to have bad experience on holiday."

"The first room they put us is in had so many bugs and didn’t have the two beds we had booked. The second room was so much cleaner. The breakfast was very good and people were pleasant. The airport shuttle took 30 minutes to pick us up even though it’s a 4 minute drive. They could work on cleanliness and shuttle service but with the close proximity and with our second room being much cleaner I would consider returning again."

"Agora Apartments are Very clean and Quite most of the time. All amenities are downstairs. The only thing missing is a gym and pool. Otherwise everything else is with in a walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. it’s an amazing place to be with family and friends."

"Very good hotel and great service. Clean and efficient. Only low point is the pool which is small and not heated. Very well located.with a mall attached and also a bigger one 100m away. Much much better than nearby radisson blu which is a scam!!!!!"
