"This hotel truly values its online guests. Shortly after booking, I received a call asking if I had any special requests. They upgraded my room, sent a fruit platter, and provided turndown service. The facilities are high-tech and smart. I thoroughly checked the room, and it was very clean. Breakfast was also plentiful. This is the first time I've given a hotel a 5-star review! The service was incredibly thoughtful. Lainey Li from Shangri-La Putian provided exceptional service. The staff at check-in were friendly and the process was efficient. "I highly recommend the Hilton Putian Sanfang! The location is absolutely superb, right in the commercial and government hub. It's within walking distance of the Xinghua Mansion historical district, and there's direct bus access to the Meizhou Island ferry terminal, making getting around incredibly convenient. Upon check-in, I received a warm DoubleTree cookie, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities were a nice touch. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, with some hidden Putian specialties. The fried wontons, oyster cakes, and noodle paste were authentic and flavorful, and the freshly squeezed juices and made-to-order seafood congee were fantastic. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a free indoor pool and fitness center. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to answer any questions. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect fit and offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Putian!"

"This hotel has a beautiful lobby, I absolutely loved it. The design is very unique, with a strong Chinese influence, but it's not old-fashioned – it has a great vibe. The facilities are top-notch; I was very impressed on my first day. The front desk service was excellent, very accommodating for our large family. They answered all our questions thoroughly and carefully. The bellhops were also very proactive with our luggage. Throughout our stay, we often bothered the front desk staff with requests like receiving packages and food deliveries, and they were always prompt. Even when one of our deliveries was mistakenly taken by another guest, the hotel reacted very quickly and helped resolve the issue properly. Thumbs up, the service was thoughtful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"Facilities: The hotel lobby is bright and welcoming. A big thank you to the front desk for upgrading me to an executive room. The room was very spacious, the facilities were new and incredibly smart. It seems they've recently renovated and upgraded. The soundproofing was a little lacking though; perhaps because the room was close to the elevator, I could clearly hear people coming and going. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and all the amenities were well-stocked. It would be even better if the hotel could provide bath salts and loofahs in the future, which would make using the bathtub more comfortable. Service: The front desk service was excellent. When I called the operator, the front desk answered and handled my requests. The welcome fruit platter was generous (as pictured), and they were very prompt when I called the front desk to help with a food delivery. Environment: Overall, the hotel environment is very good, and the location is close to the city center. The breakfast spread is worth mentioning – it was incredibly varied and of excellent quality, truly highly recommended!!! The only slight drawback was the restaurant service. There didn't seem to be many staff, and most of the time they just stood behind their counters. There was no one to seat guests, no one actively patrolling the tables, clearing plates, or offering service. I even had to remind the staff at the counter when the coffee machine's grinds bin was full and when the ice bucket was empty, and their operation wasn't very skilled either. In short, the service experience in the restaurant wasn't great, and I hope they improve their training and management in the future."

"The room was great, definitely up to Holiday Inn standards. The view was fantastic, overlooking a beautiful wetland park. The facilities were excellent, with a charging station right at the entrance. The service attitude was absolutely top-notch, full marks for that! Full marks! 1. There was fresh fruit in the room, and the Putian pomelo was wonderfully sweet and refreshing. 2. They kindly helped me heat up the duck head I brought from Quzhou and even provided new bowls. 3. I left my iPad behind, and they were very responsive and helped me mail it back promptly."

"I was very surprised by the Yuehua Hotel. Although the facilities and equipment are relatively old, the hygiene is very clean! ! It is very close to the runway, so you can get up early to exercise and enjoy the beautiful scenery! The location is halfway up the mountain, very quiet. Not far from the museum and Shouxi Park What I am most satisfied with is that all the staff are very good and polite. Even the fruits are delivered every day, and they are very fresh! ! I will stay here next time"

"The location is excellent, right next to the convention center, and there's a discount for the Impression Mazu show. The hotel rooms are huge! They even have an entryway and reception area, and the color scheme and decor are very sophisticated. They gave us so many gifts—Mazu peace cake, our New Year's Eve dinner on the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and a little red horse keychain! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming; everyone was eager to help us solve any problems! There was even a tea steamer in the hallway, filling the air with its fragrant aroma."

"The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was comfortable. You could order takeout at the front desk, but there was no self-service laundry, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, it was a good experience. It was very close to the shuttle bus stop for the music festival, the soundproofing was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The fireworks in Putian were also very beautiful."
