"The hotel is well located. I met the receptionist's husband, who is incredibly kind. He took me to visit several places, including the Shaolin Kung Fu Buddhist Temple and another well-known temple in Putian. The next day, he took me to climb Mount Jiuhua. The view of the city was magnificent. I am very grateful to this man for inviting me to dinner and accompanying me to all these places. I made a new friend in China. 🙏🙏🙏"

The views from the hotel were breathtaking— But what truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly hands-on, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Meizhou. Most importantly, I haven’t slept this well in a long time! The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was just perfect for a restful night. GGuest UserThe boss's house includes car pick-up and drop-off, and the reception is very warm and easy to get along with. He is responsive to any requests and very heartwarming. The B&B looks very new and clean, with cozy details everywhere. The disposable toothbrush is a pleasant surprise and the selection is very good! The breakfast is very rich and varied. I highly recommend it. You can also use the kitchen to cook your own meals. The room facilities are also very new and cost-effective. I really think it's pretty good. I want to stay here again next time. The sea is right in front of you as soon as you go out. The location is good and you can see the unbeatable sea view from the roadside in front, which is suitable for checking in and taking photos!

Each floor had a differently themed living room outside the rooms, giving it a homely feel. 😂 We chose to stay near the Ancestral Temple to worship the Queen of Heaven. The hostess took us on a walking pilgrimage early in the morning. I woke up late, so she arranged for her husband to drive me there. The experience was solemn yet lighthearted, creating a sense of peace and tranquility. When we returned to the B&B, the hostess had already prepared breakfast. Knowing I'm a vegetarian, she prepared her own pickled radish and homegrown vegetables, which were incredibly fragrant. From the fourth-floor balcony, you can see the entire Ancestral Temple and, to the side, the ocean. The scenery is breathtaking. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family. Jingdu is my top choice for those visiting Meizhou.

MM367230****I have never been too lazy to comment, but this time I was moved by the proprietress of this homestay on Weizhou Island! The pier made a special trip to arrange the boat to wait for the pick-up and drop-off. Her sincerity and kindness are just a beautiful picture of the simplicity and warmth in Mazu culture. The location of the homestay is excellent, the room is clean and tidy, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast is comfortable; the two children of the proprietress are also very well-behaved and sensible, and take the initiative to help us do things, and they are warm everywhere. Really recommend, I really feel the kindness and beauty of the island here 🙏

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was a decent stay with a few drawbacks. It’s about a 12-minute walk from the train station, which is convenient, although the building looks a bit shady from the outside. Inside, however, it’s very clean, the rooms are brand new as well. We arrived at 1am and found it closed, so we had to call to check in, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest downside was the noise, there were firecrackers and fireworks going off until 5am (likely due to New Year’s Eve), making it hard to sleep. Also, the room only had one towel for two people. Overall, clean and modern, but with some inconveniences.

WWoshichenfacaiyaThe homestay is at the starting point of Rainbow Road, very convenient, very close to the pier You can rent the boss's electric bike to ride around the island, and it takes only 2 hours to walk and stop in a circle. The weather is good, you can get up to watch the sunrise, and you can meet fishermen out to sea early. It is recommended to go to the farmer’s market, it is not expensive. Not far from Mazu Temple Weizhou Island is very good, come back next time

GGuest UserLocation - next to Wanda Plaza Shopping malls. There is a bus stop in front of the building. Night market street food, a lot of food behind the building. Cleanliness - must request to clean up & no issues. Safety - unfortunately our unit on the 10th floor was clutter with thrown away old furniture at the lobby, there was even used paint & thinner (flammable) in the corridor as well as piles of rubbish at both side of our entrance making it a potential fire hazard. The Escape route ‘Exit’ staircase were blocked by these clutters. Look at photos taken. Hopefully MCST would look into this.

AAliya Khwe’ve spent in the homestay 2 nights during the chinese holidays in May. it was very nice and welcoming, the owners were super friendly and helpful. we got picked up and dropped off at the harbor. the room was nice, big, clean. but you could hear the neighbors in the bathroom well , as the wall was super thin ( it’s okay, didn’t really bother us). the other thing is breakfast could be just a bit better ( just eggs, bun and porridge (rice with water). the location is very good though, close to the market street and the beach! ahhh and we could hire scooters right are the homestay! and the price was crazy expensive, i’ve checked later the prices during not chinese celebrations are much much cheaper 🤣 thank you !!!!!
