The room was excellent and took great photos. Getting around was also convenient. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly. This is my fifth time staying on Meizhou Island, and this is the most satisfying guesthouse I've ever stayed at in every aspect. They offer shuttle service to and from the island. Electric scooters are also available for rent, which is very convenient. I brought my daughter, and the owner thoughtfully cooked porridge for her. They even provided sand toys for us when we went to the beach. Enjoying tea downstairs was also very pleasant.

My stay at Best Wishes was absolutely wonderful—it’s hands down the cleanest hotel I’ve visited in China! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The attention to cleanliness was exceptional, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking— But what truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly hands-on, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Meizhou. Most importantly, I haven’t slept this well in a long time! The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was just perfect for a restful night. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and welcoming hotel with stunning views, [Hotel Name] is the place to stay. Great room with all necessities provided. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, also regarding transportation to nearby attractions. Several restaurants could be found in the vicinity.

The hotel is located opposite the bus station and there is a direct bus to the Putian train station. There are long distance buses to other cities in China including Fuzhou Changle Airport and Quanzhou Jinjiang Airport. It’s also 15 mins to the historical and cultural centre. There are many eateries around. The hotel has pleasant and nice modern decor. The staff are nice and friendly. The only issue we have is the breakfast area which is rather crammed. There aren’t enough seats and we actually had to wait a while before securing a seat. We noticed some guests took their food and ate at the lobby.

Geographic location: ★★★★★ It is very close to the Mazu Temple. You can rent a small electric donkey to get there in a short time. You can go to the Yuanhuan Night Market to eat and drink at night. It is very lively. Food: ★★★★★ After a tiring visit, you can go back to the hotel to rest. Afternoon tea will be provided. The small biscuits provided are very delicious, the fruits are fresh, the drinks are delicious, and the breakfast is also rich. Overall rating: ★★★★★ Friends want to come here after seeing it, and will recommend friends to stay.

I recently stayed here and was very satisfied with my choice. The location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza, which makes it convenient for both leisure and business. The room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and housekeeping took care of everything daily without reminders. The staff were polite and helpful, check-in was smooth, and they responded quickly to any questions. The internet connection was stable, which was important for work. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is one of the best in the area. It’s a perfect option for both short and business trips. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Putian!

吃吃货小兔First off do not book here if you don't have a high level of spoken Chinese. You will need to phone the landlord to get shown to the apartment and get the keys. It is an apartment not a hotel and it is down a back alley with no signage (it's the door on the right on the third floor of the third apartment block down the first small 弄/alley off the bigger back street, turning left from the corner shop called 山土特产, but again you'll need the key). The landlord was friendly and helpful, gave some recommendations for the area and brought extra disposable towels when I asked. Cleanliness was not spectacular as there were some used tissues left on the floor by the bed (behind the bedside table) and there was no hand soap provided, but other than this I was satisfied with the stay. It is very well located for tourism in the Xinghuafu historic zone.
